Boris The Lucid is a twenty-three-year-old rapper born in Houston, TX, but he was raised in Newport News, VA. His newest single CGI is layered with a hidden theme which will be discussed later in the article. Regardless, this single proves his artistic nature and musicality as an artist.
CGI is about a short relation that had a sugar rush high and then crashed. Realizing in the middle of this high that it would all come crashing down was a pivotal moment, due to the individual's own impulsiveness. This then leads us back to the idea of loneliness and knowing that we could never be together: We found comfort with our ending.
