Chance Fischer is a Richmond veteran. When he's not working with fancy business establishments and opening up bars, he's slinging bars on beats in RVA Rap Elite cyphers. Going into 2022, the occasional battle rapper vowed to deliver new music and he's starting off his year fulfilling his promise. Days prior to the release of Don Corleone, he released a freestyle over the famous Jay-Z Public Service Announcement beat. On the newest drop, the emcee trades lavish verses about boss shit and mobbing with family alongside Richmond staple, Noah-O.
