Che Noir serves up wisdom in "Food For Thought"

Che Noir is no stranger to the game. She's been quietly but effectively establishing her name throughout New York and the industry not only with her raps but with her production. The Buffalo native who has been co-signed in interviews by elite emcees like Westside Gunn, tracks with Benny The Butcher and more. Now, she seeks to make her own stamp with her latest effort "Food For Thought". We even got a chance to work with her on music video "FACTS" who she collaborated with Relly The Emcee.
Looking past all the heavy hitter features like 38 Spesh and Amani Caesar, Che establishes her presence immediately with "Split The Bread" (my personal favorite) and personally that set the tone for the entire project. We get fed knowledge on every track and it's not no over indulgence. Che is able to serve up proper portions of perspective in each track, songs like "Ladies Brunch". "Bless The Food" is a track with a lot sustenance and a heavy favorite for its truth, even the ugly ones. Definitely a full course meal, but one catered to your mental and well being.
