Fly Anakin & Nickelus F Raps On Peter Rosenberg Album "Real Late"

The Hot 97 radio personality and former WWE 24/7 Champion, Peter Rosenberg pieced together an anthem that sounds like the true definition of a gritty and blunt rap album. The immense lineup could rival a DJ Khaled album but honestly, it's like comparing wine to top-shelf liquor. That comparison is to the sense of how Khaled and Rosenberg compiled a star-studded album but how it's delivered will hit listeners differently.

The lineup features Hoboken-based Top Shelf Premium cypher platform alum such as Richmond's own Nickelus F and Fly Anakin on the track I Want It All, Vel The Wonder, Flee Lord, and Eto. Some other names include the likes of Wu-Tang's Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, and even the 2nd Generation Wu collective. Other features involve Ransom, Styles P, Westside Gunn, StoveGod, Crimeapple, Jim Jones, and SO MUCH MORE.

This album is very bar-heavy. This will cater to the ears of the avid lyrical rap fans and aficionados of vintage boom-bap rap instrumentals that blend various audio samples. Some of my favorite tracks from the project are the Flee Lord and Stove God Cooks track Marcus Smart, S.R.D. by Styles P, Smoke DZA, and Ransom, and Dear by Homeboy Sandman. Real Late is aligned like how Rosenberg would do his late-night radio show and includes small audio clips to make it come off as a radio show. To get familiar with some of the artists featured on the project, watch their Top Shelf Premium performances below.
