Jay Kasai & Charles Hamilton Bring Out The "Riot Gear"

Days after Charles Hamilton was interviewed on "For The Record", Charles and Jay Kasai released their collaboration called "Riot Gear". The two emcees made the song right before Jay interviewed Charles on "For The Record". The two float over the OhGoshLeotus production with distinctive flows and different stories: Kasai and how he formed his competitive ways and Charles protecting himself from a relationship by leaving it.
What's impressive is that this is the first time in three years that Jay Kasai has released any new music. His last single was "Make It Go" back in 2020 and since then, Kasai shifted his focus on his "For The Record" series and released the MidnightRun EP with Cam Archer filled with tracks recorded in the early to mid-2010s.
Kasai opens his verse with the lines "Steady the tour ready for more, get me galore. They brought SZA's decisions made ready for war. Yours truly they call me TDE cause I'll touchdown everywhere. I'm like CP3 when guarding Steph, it's only meant for me to go against the best." Charles Hamilton starts his verse by rapping "They say I don't make no sense, but I'm worth two mil, now make it cents..." before he expands on a past relationship.
