SHADED ZU is an artist under an independent, VA based record label called FLIP PHONE+. Earlier this year, ZU received a RIAA Gold certification for producing The Spins for Mac Miller.
ZU's latest single titled WAIT! is considered to be his first single released in over two years. This track also serves as the first single for SHADED ZU’s new album, REBOOT, which is completely self-produced & is scheduled to release in 2022.
This single was also self-produced by ZU! In this song, he paired beautiful melodies with thumping 808s to create the perfect landscape for his own witty punchlines & rapid-fire cadence.
