Come on. Do we even have to do this? A Milli" was one of those songs that captivated the entire world. Lil Wayne was on top of the world and had fans in the palm of his hand. We were preparing for Tha Carter 3 while Mixtape Weezy was wreaking havoc on the industry.
You mix that massive impact with the unique approach to production by Bangladesh and you have this massive hit. It was the first and maybe last time we got a taste of Mixtape Weezy on the world's airwaves. This is truly one of those moments in Hip Hop and American culture where you had to really sit back and just enjoy it. Every rapper wanted to remix the beat including Tunechi himself dropped 3 different versions - one of which was celebrating the platinum status.

We can't just talk about the song though. The music video was epic in its own right. We find behind the scenes "On Set" visual of Wayne and his Hollywood status. More significantly, we see a side of Wayne that is underappreciated and that's the love for his fans. As an open Weezy F stan, I can say I enjoyed this prolly more than most. All in all, no matter where you were, even under a rock, chances are you were rocking to this as well.
