WifiGawd has released a music video for his new song, God of War. The headbanging track is catchy, aggressive and compact, never breaking two minutes in length. And it really doesn't need to. The catchiest line in my opinion, is "Shout out to the cell, if you try to cross 'em I'mma send yo ass to Hell."
The music video itself is a clever homage to MF DOOM's video for GUV'NOR, splitting the frame in symmetrical halves and walking through a parking garage. Props to the editor of this video, applying the vision and creating a look that you never really fully comprehend as it happens, making the video, song and lyrics even more disorienting (and I mean that positively). The song comes fresh off the news that WifiGawd's first vinyl is coming soon, for the album Chain of Command.
