Big B's "Clock On The Wall" Tells You It's Time To Pursue Your Passions

Big B has a gigantic presence within the Richmond, Virginia music scene. He has several cypher performances at RVA Rap Elite underneath his belt, an annual birthday bash that sells out every time, and is an avid educator whether it's in the classroom for high school students or in the booth. Clock On The Wall is Big B's fourth studio album that follows his 2020 album Front Porch Music.

The two leading singles, River Loft Flows and Apollo Creed featuring Vintage A and Cane are songs that make you get up and pursue your passions. Clock On The Wall is a fourteen-track album that Big B uses to paint pictures of how he faces trials and tribulations with a smile. A Bunch of Nothing has Big B calls out of work to get in his zone so he can work on his passions, but have to deal with family issues and balancing his personal life with a creative life and a professional life. The song seems to be an escape for him as he calls those thoughts he has a bunch of nothing and realizes they all have a meaning to them. He doesn't attach himself to his situations; he's attached to his willingness to stick to his direction to greatness.

Some highlights of the album include

  • Clock On The Wall featuring Ro$$eTTi, Mark Ferg, and CHXN.

  • Nothing To Prove where he gives his praise to chasing music as it kept him off the streets.

  • River Loft Flows

  • Tragedy To Triumph featuring Radio B and Illa Styles
