Most notably, he is a 2x Grammy Nominated producer, boasting production credits for Kanye West, Drake, Nas, The Game, Miguel, Nav, Isaiah Rashad, Wale, Dave East, Rich The Kid, Big KRIT, Tink, Boogie, G Perico, & more.

Vy: What inspires you when you produce, and how long have you been producing? Explain your journey!
Nabeyin: When it comes to producing, I’m inspired by my peers, colors, and Michael Jackson. I’ve been producing for about fifteen years now. For the first seven years of making beats, I only made sampled boom bap beats. I didn’t see myself growing as a producer until I started playing keys in 2014. Then I got my first major label placement in 2017, which was Nothings into Somethings by Drake on his More Life album.
Vy: What is your producing process like?
Nabeyin: As far as my workflow goes, I usually always start out with the melody first and build the drums around the melody. Sometimes I’ll switch it up and do drums first if I’m REALLY lacking any ideas.
One thing about Nabeyin is that he is a man of his word! He had an extremely hectic schedule but still managed to deliver some amazing responses.
